3M Crystalline, Ceramic IR and Obsidian films cut to your exact year, make and model. Heat rejection you feel in a Texas August, not just a darker window. We advise on legal VLT before we cut anything.
Ceramic Coating Feynlab coatings applied over corrected paint, from $1,000. They hold gloss and slow the fading and premature aging that Texas sun causes. They do not stop a rock chip.
Paint Protection Film Self-healing film in Highway, Front Clip and Track packages from $1,295, in clear or in Color PPF, with a 10-year warranty. Covers the panels that actually take rock chips on I-820 and I-35W.

Window Tint, PPF and Ceramic Coating Questions
How much does window tinting cost in Fort Worth?
Tinting the side and back windows runs $295 to $425 with our traditional Obsidian film, or $595 to $895 with ceramic or Crystalline film. A full car runs $650 to $2,000 depending on the vehicle and how many windows it has. Call with your year, make and model for a firm number.
How dark can you legally tint your windows in Texas?
Texas requires at least 25 percent light transmission on the front side windows. Back side and rear windows can be any darkness if the vehicle has mirrors on both sides. A clear film can cover the full windshield if the total stays at 70 percent or more, while tinted film stays above the AS-1 line.
How long does window tint or PPF installation take, and do I leave the car?
Window tint takes 1 to 5 hours, depending on vehicle size and how many windows it has. Paint protection film takes 1.5 to 2 days and ceramic coating 1.5 to 3 days, both depending on the package. Wraps take 2 to 3 days. Tint customers can wait or drop off; film, coating and wrap vehicles stay with us.
How long before I can wash my car or roll the windows down after tinting?
Leave your windows up for three to five days after tinting so the film can cure and bond to the glass. Small water bubbles or haze during that window are normal and clear on their own. After ceramic coating, wait seven days before the first wash.
What is the difference between ceramic coating and paint protection film?
Paint protection film is a physical layer of urethane that absorbs rock chips and scratches. Ceramic coating is a chemical layer that adds gloss, repels water and makes the car easier to clean. Film stops impact damage; coating does not. Many customers run film on the front and coating everywhere else.
What is the warranty on window tint, PPF and ceramic coating?
Window film carries a lifetime nationwide warranty, void if the film is layered with another film. Clear and Color PPF carry 10 years, and we assess the film in year 7. Feynlab coatings carry 3 to 5 years against fading and aging. Vinyl wrap carries 1 year on horizontal panels, 2 on vertical. Traditional car washes risk voiding all of them, so use touchless.
Will paint protection film damage my paint when it is removed?
No, not on factory paint in sound condition. Quality film is designed to release cleanly, and we remove it with controlled heat. The risk is with repainted panels, existing clear coat failure, or film left far past its service life. We inspect the paint and tell you before we start.
Do you install window tint and PPF on my specific vehicle?
Almost certainly. We cut patterns to your exact year, make and model rather than trimming film on the glass, which covers nearly everything on the road including Teslas, trucks, classics and commercial vans. We also do aircraft window tint and residential film. Call with your vehicle and we will confirm.
Do you hand cut window tint for classic cars?
Yes. Plotter patterns only exist for vehicles in the software library, and older cars often are not in it. We cut film by hand to the glass, so a classic gets the same fit as a current model. Tell us the year and we will tell you what the glass needs.
What is Color PPF and how does it differ from a vinyl wrap?
Color PPF changes the color like vinyl, but it is thick urethane, so it also absorbs rock chips. It carries a 10-year warranty against 1 to 2 years on vinyl. A full vehicle runs $6,500 to $11,000 in Color PPF against $3,000 to $6,000 in vinyl.
